The national youth leader of the people's democratic party PDP, Mr Udeh Okoye has threatened to leave the party with Nine (9)serving governors and thirty five(35) National Assembly members if Wike, Secondus and Co provoke him further.

BREAKING: Surprise as seven PDP national officers resign

Seven national officers of Nigeria’s main opposition party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have resigned from their roles. The party chieftains in different letters addressed to the National Secretary of the party on Tuesday alleged being sidelined and unfairly treated by the National Chairman, Uche Secondus. The party’s National Organising Secretary, Colonel Austin Akobundu (retd), confirmed this on Tuesday. It was gathered those who resigned include: the Deputy National Financial Secretary, Deputy Legal Adviser, Deputy National Auditor, Deputy National Publicity Secretary, Deputy Women Leader, and Deputy Organising Secretary. They promised to remain loyal to the PDP but said they will not be able to work with the current national working committee (NWC). Details later.
